I've built an AI-powered bilingual medical translator with 6 screens, including voice-to-text functionality. The app features a welcome screen with instructions, two patient input screens with voice recognition, two doctor translation screens with Spanish translations, and a conversation summary.
The prototype demonstrate real time speech-to-text conversation and medical translation for Spanish-speaking doctors. communicating with English-speaking patients.

Speech-to-Text Invoice
WHAT PROBLEM DOES THIS SOLVE?
Currently, many professionals in skilled trades (construction, home remodeling, landscaping design) rely on manual documentation to track their daily work and generate invoices. This often involves recording materials used, hours worked, and expenses incurred—either by hand or through basic digital systems. Unfortunately, this process is not only time-consuming but also prone to errors, which can lead to inaccurate billing, lost revenue, and administrative headaches.
WHAT I DESIGNED & BUILT?
This is a professional Voice-to-Invoice documentation tool for construction and service crews. This will be a mobile-first app with voice recording, AI transcription, and automatic invoice generation.

Prompt Engineering
Based on the above prompt Chat GPT gave me an answer that I wasn't happy with, so I refined the model by using a second technique:

In this example, I gave it 5 parameters to get a personalized recommendation:
Industry, Geographic, Income level, what they value.

Prompt Engineering
As a result, Chat GPT gave tailored content recommendations for a more niche audience I was looking for. Here are Chat GPT's personalized recommendations:
"Love that direction, Alex. Let's elevate the tone slightly to speak to established healthcare professionals and business owners, like private practice owners, medspa founders, clinic operators, or dental/vision practice owners. These posts highlight AI as a strategic advantage for growth and operational excellence, not just productivity."

Finally, I reviewed the posts or blog ideas I received from GPT and used the Canvas platform to create an asset ready to be posted to any platform to promote AI services to small businesses or entrepreneurs.
